The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) has a separate chapter for pharmaceutical exporters, known as the:
Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council of India (Pharmexcil)
Pharmexcil is a nodal agency for the promotion of pharmaceutical exports from India. It was established in 2004 by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
Objectives:
*Promote pharmaceutical exports from India
*Facilitate interaction between exporters, policymakers, and regulatory authorities
*Provide support for market research, trade delegations, and exhibitions
*Offer training and capacity-building programs for exporters
*Address regulatory and compliance issues
